On Tuesday night, a sun based tempest influenced Earth after hot plasma was launched out from the sun, sending exceedingly charged particles toward our planet. These particles communicated with Earth’s defensive attractive field, making a far reaching aurora show over the Northern Hemisphere.

The above time-slip by was gotten on Tuesday night by Michael Beauchamp on the northern shore of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, sitting above Lake Superior.
